Additional appliances beyond 25 charged per item — confirmed at time of quote.
Pricing Notes & Conditions
- The standard price covers portable appliance testing only.
- Fixed appliances such as hand dryers and wall-mounted electric radiators will be charged at an additional rate.
- Integrated appliances (e.g. built-in ovens, dishwashers) with no accessible plug will be visually inspected only — no additional charge applies.
- There is no extra charge for out-of-hours work.
- Rewiring of plugs and fuse replacements are included free of charge. Replacement of the plug itself will be charged additionally — this will be confirmed and agreed at the quotation stage.

How many appliances are included in the price?
Up to 25 appliances are included in the £75 visit price at no extra charge. Additional appliances beyond 25 are charged at a low per-item rate — confirmed at time of quote.
What is included free of charge?
Rewiring of plugs, replacement fuses, and digital compliance certificates are all included free of charge with every visit.
Do you charge for travel?
No travel charges for anywhere within Cumbernauld and the Central Scotland area. For locations further afield, we'll let you know upfront.
How quickly will I receive my certificates?
Certificates will be issued within 24 hours upon receipt of payment.
Do you offer discounts for multiple properties?
Yes — landlords with multiple properties and businesses with multiple sites can benefit from reduced rates. Get in touch to discuss.
Is VAT included in your prices?
All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added at the standard rate where applicable.
